Blinker Cocktail

15ml Canadian Whisky
20ml Grapefruit Juice
10ml Grenadine

Shake ingredients with cracked ice and pour into a cocktail glass.

Preakness

45ml Bourbon
20ml Dry Vermouth
10ml Bénédictine
1 Dash of Bitter Truth Aromatic Bitters
Orange Twist (for Garnish)

Stir ingredients and strain into a coupe glass. Add garnish.

Chocolate Margarita

60ml Blanco Tequila
30ml Chocolate Liqueur
30ml Cream
5ml Orange Juice
5ml Lime Juice
1 Dash of Chocolate Bitters
Sugar
Cocoa

Rim a margarita glass with sugar and cocoa, blend ingredients, blend again but with ice until smooth and pour into the rimmed margarita glass.

Dragon's Breath

5 Drops of Tabasco Sauce
30ml Apricot Liqueur
30ml Dry Vermouth
30ml Calvados
Lemon Twist (for Garnish)

Stir ingredients and strain into a coupe glass. Add garnish.

Tiger's Blood

60ml White Rum
30ml Lime Juice
15ml Pomegranate Juice
15ml Star Anise And Chilli Syrup
Pomegranate Seeds (for Garnish)

Shake ingredients vigorously and strain into a cocktail glass. Add garnish.

Prosecco Mary

30ml Vodka
90ml Tomato Juice
1 Dash of Tabasco Sauce
1 Pinch of Sugar
1 Dash of Smoked Water
90ml Prosecco
Cucumber Slices (for Garnish)

Shake all ingredients but the prosecco and strain into an old fashioned glass. Top up with the prosecco and add garnish.

Deshler Cocktail

20ml Canadian Whisky
20ml Dubonnet
2 Dashes of Cointreau
2 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
Lemon Peel (for Garnish)
Orange Peel (for Garnish)

Shake ingredients and strain into a cocktail glass. Add garnishes.
