60ml Gin
30ml Lime Juice

1 Dash of Angostura Bitters
Lime Wedge (for Garnish)

Shake all ingredients but the bitters and strain into a crushed ice filled old fashioned glass. Add the bitters and garnish.

Tritter Rickey

5ml Absinthe
60ml Gin
30ml Lime Juice
20ml Simple Syrup
Soda Water
Mint Sprig (for Garnish)

Rinse a Collins glass with the absinthe, shake the remaining ingredients but the soda water and strain into the rinsed glass. Top up the glass with the soda water and add garnish.

Tritter Collins

60ml Gin
20ml Lemon Juice
20ml Simple Syrup
10ml Absinthe
30ml Grapefruit Juice
15ml Soda Water
Grapefruit Twist (for Garnish)

Shake all ingredients but the soda water and grapefruit juice and strain into a Collins glass. Top up with the grapefruit juice and soda water and add garnish.

5ml Angostura Bitters

Shake all ingredients but the bitters and strain into an old fashioned glass. Float the bitters.

45ml Rye Whiskey

20ml Licor 43
Soda Water

Shake all ingredients but the soda water with vigour and strain into a Collins glass. Top up the glass with the soda water.
