Gin Fizz

50ml London Dry Gin
50ml Lemon Sour Mix
100ml Soda Water
1 Egg White
Lemon Half Wheel (for Garnish)

Shake all ingredients but the soda water and strain into a highball glass. Top up with the egg white and add garnish.
