60ml Brandy
60ml Light Rum
30ml Lemon Juice
30ml Raspberry Syrup

Shake ingredients and strain into a large cocktail glass.

Gorgeous Grace

30ml Brandy
15ml Cointreau
Champagne
Orange Slice (for Garnish)

Build the brandy and Cointreau into a champagne flute and stir. Top up with the champagne and add garnish.

Pickled Basil #2

8 Basil Leaves
30ml Apple Liqueur
5ml Apple-Cider Vinegar
90ml Cucumber Juice

Put the basil leaves into a highball glass and gently press them with the back of a spoon. Fill the glass with the remaining ingredients.

The Chicago

20ml Brandy
20ml Orange Curaçao
2 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
Sparkling White Wine
Lemon Twist (for Garnish)

Shake all ingredients but the wine and strain into a coupe glass. Top up with the wine and add garnish.

Prince Of Wales

45ml Rye Whiskey
10ml Simple Syrup
5ml Maraschino Liqueur
1 Dash of Angostura Bitters
Pineapple Chunk
45ml Sparkling Wine
Lemon Twist (for Garnish)

Shake all ingredients but the wine and strain into a cocktail glass. Top up with the wine and add garnish.

The Dog's Nose

30ml London Dry Gin
10ml Dark Treacle
100ml Porter

Build the gin and treacle into a tumbler glass and stir. Top up with the porter and stir again.
