Champagne Bowler

4 Hulled Strawberries
15ml Cognac
15ml Sugar Syrup
30ml White Wine
Champagne
Strawberry (for Garnish)

Muddle the strawberries, cognac and syrup in a shaker, add the wine, shake and strain into a wine glass. Add garnish.
