2 Bar Spoons of Vanilla Sugar
5ml Sugar Syrup
Mint
Egg White
Sanbitter
Grapefruit Zest for Garnish
Mint Sprig for Garnish

Shake and strain ingredients into a highball glass. Add the garnishes.

Helado De Jallsco

30ml Tequila Tromba Blanco
30ml Grand Marnier
5ml Agave Syrup
Juice from Half a Grapefruit
Scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream
Lemonade

Shake the tequila, Grand Marnier, agave syrup and juice. Add the ice cream to a sugar canister and double strain the shaker into canister and top up with lemonade.

10ml Juniper Infused Agave Syrup
20ml Lime Juice
Soda
30ml Wray & Nephew Rum

Dry shake, then shake and strain all ingredients but soda and rum into a flask. Top up with the soda and rum.

Shake and strain into old fashioned glass. Add the garnish.

15ml Blue Curacao
10ml Lime Juice
20ml Coconut Water
Dash of Rose Water
2 Bashed Cardamom Pods
Soda
30ml Wray & Nephrew Rum

Shake and strain all ingredients but the soda and rum, topping up the glass with the rum and soda.
