30ml Gin
30ml Thickened Cream
20ml Lemon Juice
15ml Egg White
10ml Mint Cordial
1 Dash of Orange Blossom Water
60ml Soda Water
Mint Sprig (for Garnish)
Dry shake all ingredients but the soda water, add ice to the shaker and shake again. Strain into a Collins glass, top up with the soda water and add garnish.
