45ml Rye Whiskey
10ml Simple Syrup
5ml Maraschino Liqueur
1 Dash of Angostura Bitters
Pineapple Chunk
45ml Sparkling Wine
Lemon Twist (for Garnish)
Shake all ingredients but the wine and strain into a cocktail glass. Top up with the wine and add garnish.
