Florida

30ml Light Rum
15ml Crème de Menthe
15ml Pineapple Juice
15ml Lime Juice
Soda Water
Mint Sprig (for Garnish)

Shake all ingredients but the soda water and strain into an ice filled highball glass. Top up with the soda water and add garnish.
