Hotel Caipirinha

5 Lime Wedges (1 for Garnish)
1 Teaspoon of Cane Sugar
120ml Cachaça

Muddle the lime wedges with the cane sugar in an old fashioned glass. Top up with crushed ice and the cachaça.
