1/4 of a Granny Smith Apple, Cubed
6-8 Mint Leaves
30ml Blanco Tequila
20ml Lime Juice
15ml St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
10ml Sugar Syrup
Champagne
Mint Sprig (for Garnish)
Muddle the apple and mint leaves in a shaker, add the remaining ingredients except for champagne, shake well and double strain into a champagne flute. Top up with the champagne and add garnish.
