12 Mint Leaves
6 Peach Slices
7 Lemon Slices (1 for Garnish)
4 Teaspoons of Caster Sugar
120ml Bourbon
2 Mint Sprigs (for Garnish)
Muddle the leaves and slices in a shaker with the sugar, add the bourbon and shake ingredients well and strain into an old fashioned glass. Add garnishes.
