15ml Sloe Gin
15ml Southern Comfort
30ml Vodka
1 Teaspoon of Amaretto
5ml Galliano
Orange Juice
Orange Peel (for Garnish)

Shake all ingredients but the Galliano and juice, strain into an ice filled highball glass. Add the Galliano, top up with the juice and add garnish.

Old Gal

45ml Rye Whiskey
30ml Blanc Vermouth
30ml Campari
Orange Twist (for Garnish)

Build ingredients into an old fashioned glass and stir. Add garnish.

Four Seasons Gathering

55ml Lavender Infused Mastiha
15ml Lemon Juice
15ml Pink Grapefruit Juice
5ml Maraschino Liqueur
5ml Vanilla Syrup
2 Dashes of Aromatic Bitters
Grapefruit Peel (for Garnish)
Lavender Sprig (for Garnish)

Shake ingredients and double strain into a coupe glass. Add garnishes.

1 Dash of Orange Blossom Water
1 Dash of Angostura Bitters

20ml Honey Syrup

15ml Lemon Juice
30ml White Rum
15ml Milk
1 Teaspoon of Sugar
