Build ingredients into a champagne flute, topping up with the champagne.

1 Teaspoon of Lemon Juice
1 Teaspoon of Grenadine
1 Teaspoon of Grapefruit Juice

Shake ingredients vigorously and strain into a cocktail glass.

15ml Cointreau
30ml Light Cream
Orange Slice (for Garnish)

Shake ingredients well and strain into an ice filled highball glass.

15ml Heavy Cream
15ml Sugar Syrup
6 Ripe Strawberries (1 for Garnish)
Chocolate Flakes (for Garnish)

Blend ingredients and pour into a champagne saucer. Add garnishes.
