Mestizo Cocktail

50ml Añejo Tequila
20ml Sweet Vermouth
5ml Bénédictine
Half A Teaspoon of Picon Amer
Lemon Peel (for Garnish)

Stir ingredients and strain into a coupette glass. Add garnish.
