60ml Champagne

Build ingredients into a champagne glass and gently stir.

30ml Mescal
1 Dash of Angostura Bitters
1 Dash of Gomme Syrup

Build ingredients into an old fashioned glass and stir.

California Girl

60ml Whisky
Half A Teaspoon of Strawberry Liqueur
1 Tablespoon of Lemon Juice
1 Tablespoon of Lime Juice
1 Tablespoon of Castor Sugar
90ml Soda Water

Shake all ingredients but the soda water and strain into a crushed ice filled tall glass. Top up with the soda water and gently stir.

15ml Dry Vermouth
10ml Kirsch
1 Dash of Orange Bitters
Half A Strawberry (for Garnish)
Lemon Slice (for Garnish)

Stir ingredients and strain into a cocktail glass. Add garnishes.
