60ml Campari
120ml Blood Orange Juice
Orange Slice (for Garnish)

Build ingredients into an ice filled highball glass and stir. Add garnish.

Orange Cadillac

30ml Galliano
30ml White Crème de Cacao
15ml Cointreau
15ml Orange Juice
30ml Heavy Cream

Shake ingredients and strain into a martini glass.

Lagerita

45ml Blanco Tequila
10ml Cointreau
30ml Lime Juice
75ml Beer

Blend all ingredients but the beer and pour into a Collins glass. Top up with the beer and stir.

Black And Tan

45ml Irish Whiskey
30ml Dark Rum
15ml Lime Juice
15ml Orange Juice
120ml Ginger Ale
Half A Teaspoon of Castor Sugar

Shake all ingredients but the ale vigorously and strain into an ice filled tall glass. Top up with the ale.

Smoky

60ml Gin
30ml Sloe Gin
10ml Dry Vermouth
5 Drops of Orange Bitters
Orange Bitters (for Garnish)

Stir ingredients and strain into a cocktail glass. Add garnish.

Pea Cooler

30ml Vodka
30ml St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
1 Sprig of Tarragon
15ml Lemon Juice
50ml Cucumber Juice
10ml Agave Nectar
25g Cooked Peas
Pea Pod (for Garnish)
Cucumber Slice (for Garnish)

Muddle the peas and nectar before adding the remaining ingredients and shaking vigorously. Strain into a coupe glass and add garnishes.
