Build ingredients into an old fashioned glass and stir.

2 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
Maraschino Cherry (for Garnish)

Shake ingredients and strain into a cocktail glass. Add garnish.

White Witch

30ml Light Rum
15ml White Crème de Cacao
15ml Cointreau
15ml Lime Juice
Soda Water
Orange Slice (for Garnish)
Lime Slice (for Garnish)

Shake all ingredients but the soda water and strain into an old fashioned glass. Top up with the soda water and add garnish.
