60ml Dark Rum
60ml Light Rum
60ml Golden Rum
30ml Passionfruit Juice
30ml Honey
60ml Lemon Juice
60ml Grapefruit Juice
60ml Orange Juice
1 Das of Angostura Bitters
1 Dash of Grenadine
1 Dash of Anisette
Orange Slice (for Garnish)

Blend ingredients with crushed ice and pour into a tall glass.

Seafoam

30ml Dark Rum
30ml Light Rum
30ml Blue Curaçao
30ml Triple Sec
1 Teaspoon of Apricot Brandy
30ml Lemon Juice
1 Teaspoon of Castor Sugar
1 Dash of Angostura Bitters
5 Pineapple Chunks
Pineapple Slice (for Garnish)

Blend ingredients with crushed ice and pour into a martini glass. Add garnish.

Flamingo

45ml Light Rum
30ml Pineapple Juice
2 Dashes of Grenadine
10ml Lime Juice

Shake ingredients and strain into a cocktail glass.

60ml Cucumber Vodka
30ml Grapefruit Juice
30ml Lime Juice
15ml Gomme Syrup
Cucumber Chunk

Blend ingredients with ice and pour into a goblet.

Jamaica Glory

30ml Dark Rum
45ml Gin
15ml Dry Red Wine
15ml Orange Juice
Lime Slice (for Garnish)

Shake ingredients and strain into an old fashioned glass. Add garnish.
