Bramble On

40ml Gin
20ml Lemon Juice
10ml Simple Syrup
15ml Crème de Mûre
2-3 Blackberries (for Garnish)

Blend all ingredients but the crème de mûre and pour into a crushed ice filled rocks glass. Top up with the crème de mûre and add garnish.

Shake ingredients and strain into a cocktail glass.

Shake ingredients vigorously and strain into a cocktail glass. Add garnishes.

1 Sugar Cube
2 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
30ml Vodka
Champagne

Moisten the sugar cube with the bitters and put the cube into a champagne flute. Build the remaining ingredients into the flute, topping up with the champagne.

Fleuriisimo

1 Sugar Cube
5 Dashes of Peychaud's Bitters
1 Barspoon of Violet Liqueur
15ml Cognac
150ml Champagne
Rose Petal (for Garnish)
Blueberry (for Garnish)

Drip the bitters on the sugar cube and gently drop the cube into a champagne flute. Build the remaining ingredients into the flute and add garnishes.

20ml Cognac
20ml Calvados
20ml Żubrówka
25ml Lemon Juice
15ml Beer Syrup
1 Egg White
2 Dashes of Peychaud's Bitters (for Garnish)

Dry shake ingredients, add ice and shake again. Double strain into a coupe glass and add garnish.
