Prince of Wales

15ml Cognac
15ml Grand Marnier
2 Drops of Angostura Bitters
Champagne
Sugar Cube
Lemon Twist (for Garnish)

Put the sugar cube in a champagne flute. Stir the cognac, Grand Marnier and Bitters and strain into the flute with the sugar cube in it. Top up with the champagne and add garnish.

40ml Vanilla Vodka
30ml Lemon Juice
15ml Sugar Syrup
15ml Pineapple Juice
15ml Passionfruit Purée
Prosecco
Passionfruit Half (for Garnish)

Shake all ingredients but the prosecco and strain into a martini glass. Top up with the prosecco and add garnish.

10ml Agave Syrup
Ginger Beer
Lime Wedge (for Garnish)

Build all ingredients but the ginger beer into a highball glass and stir. Top up with the ginger beer and add garnish.
