20ml Blood Orange Sorbet
2 Teaspoons of Lemon Juice

2 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
75ml Champagne
Dried Blood Orange Slice (for Garnish)
Mint Leaves (for Garnish)

Shake all ingredients but the champagne vigorously and strain into a goblet. Top up with the champagne and add garnishes.

Casino Royale

30ml Plymouth Gin
2 Teaspoons of Lemon Juice
2 Teaspoons of Simple Syrup
2 Teaspoons of Maraschino Liqueur
2 Dashes of Orange Bitters
50ml Champagne
Maraschino Cherry (for Garnish)

Shake all ingredients but the champagne and strain into a coupette. Top up with the champagne and add garnish.

15ml Chambord
2 Teaspoons of Kirsch
Tattinger Prestige Rosé
Morello Cherry (for Garnish)

Build ingredients into a coupette glass, topping up with the rosé. Add garnish.

Silver Fox

45ml Gin
20ml Lemon Juice
15ml Orgeat Syrup
10ml Amaretto
1 Egg White
Soda Water

Dry shake all ingredients but the soda water, add ice and shake again and strain into an ice filled old fashioned glass. Top up with the soda water.

10ml Apricot Liqueur
10ml Campari
