30ml Rye Whiskey
Lemon Twist (for Garnish)

Rinse an old fashioned glass with the absinthe, shake the remaining ingredients and strain into the rinsed glass. Add garnish.

Golden Dawn

15ml Gin
15ml Calvados
15ml Apricot Brandy
15ml Mango Juice
1 Dash of Grenadine

Shake all ingredients but the grenadine and strain into a cocktail glass. Add grenadine.

Cuban Rose

30ml Light Rum
15ml Orange Juice
1 Dash of Grenadine

Shake ingredients and strain into a cocktail glass.

Cuban Blossom

30ml Light Rum
30ml Orange Juice
1 Dash of Maraschino Liqueur

Shake ingredients and strain into a cocktail glass.

Mince Pie

40ml Crème de Menthe
20ml Brandy

Shake ingredients and strain into a cocktail glass.

FBI Fizz

15ml Cherry Heering Brandy
15ml Bourbon
15ml Jamaican Rum
Soda Water
Orange Twist (for Garnish)

Shake the brandy, bourbon and rum and strain into an ice filled highball glass. Top up with the soda water and add garnish.

Spiker Cocktail

30ml Brandy
20ml Green Crème de Menthe

Shake ingredients and strain into a cocktail glass.
