Addington Cocktail

30ml Sweet Vermouth
30ml Dry Vermouth
Soda Water
Orange Peel (for Garnish)

Shake all ingredients but the soda water and strain into an ice filled old fashioned glass. Top up with the soda water and add garnish.

Admiral

30ml Gin
1 Teaspoon of Cherry Cordial
1 Teaspoon of Lime Juice
1 Teaspoon of Sugar Syrup

Shake ingredients and strain into a cocktail glass.

Brandy Scaffa

30ml Brandy
30ml Maraschino Liqueur
2 Dashes of Angostura Bitters

Shake ingredients and strain into an ice filled old fashioned glass.

Godric's Cobbler

30ml Whiskey
15ml Brandy
15ml Cranberry Juice
30ml Champagne
Lemon Slice (for Garnish)

Build ingredients into an ice filled tall glass and gently stir. Add garnish.

Bottle Cocktail

30ml Brandy
20ml Water
30ml Angostura Bitters
30ml Gum Syrup
15ml Curaçao

Shake ingredients and strain into an old fashioned glass.

Brazil Cocktail

30ml Sherry
30ml Sweet Vermouth
3 Dashes of Absinthe
3 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
Maraschino Cherry (for Garnish)
Orange Twist (for Garnish)

Stir ingredients and strain into a cocktail glass. Add garnishes.

White Lion

30ml Light Rum
15ml Curaçao
15ml Raspberry Syrup
2 Dashes of Lime Juice
1 Tablespoon of Caster Sugar
