Caribbean Sunset

45ml White Rum
3 Teaspoons of Coconut Rum
60ml Pineapple Juice
60ml Orange Juice
3 Teaspoons of Grenadine
Pineapple Wedge (for Garnish)

Shake all ingredients but the grenadine and strain into an ice filled tall glass. Add grenadine and garnish.

2 Teaspoons of Blue Curaçao
2 Teaspoons of Lime Juice
2 Teaspoons of Lemon Juice
2 Teaspoons of Sugar Syrup
30ml Orange Juice
Maraschino Cherry (for Garnish)

Shake ingredients and strain into an ice filled old fashioned glass. Add garnish.

Jamaican Me Crazy

30ml Jamaican Rum
30ml Coconut Rum
3 Teaspoons of Banana Liqueur
2 Teaspoons of Grenadine
30ml Pineapple Juice
30ml Lime Juice
Lime Wheel (for Garnish)

Blend ingredients with ice until smooth and pour into a hurricane glass. Add garnish.

30ml White Rum
3 Teaspoons of Apricot Brandy
30ml Lemon Juice
90ml Pineapple Juice
3 Teaspoons of Galliano
Blood Orange Wheel (for Garnish)
Maraschino Cherry (for Garnish)

Shake all ingredients but the Galliano and strain into an ice filled tall glass. Float the Galliano on top and add garnishes.
