60ml Bourbon
30ml Apricot Liqueur
2 Teaspoons of Grenadine
1 Teaspoon of Lemon Juice

Shake ingredients and strain into a cocktail glass.

Bloody Brain

30ml Peach Schnapps
1 Teaspoon of Bailey's Irish Cream
Half A Teaspoon of Grenadine

Build ingredients into a shot glass, carefully pouring the Bailey's Irish Cream on top of the schnapps and the Grenadine on top of that.

El Toro

60ml Tequila
30ml Coffee Liqueur
30ml Cream

Shake ingredients vigorously and strain into a cocktail glass.

Blood On The Tracks

15ml Campari
75ml Blood Orange Juice
Sparkling Water
Orange Slice (for Garnish)
Mint Sprig (for Garnish)

Build the Campari and juice into an ice filled highball glass and stir. Top up with the water and add garnishes.

The Queen's Cousin

30ml Vodka
15ml Cointreau
15ml Lime Juice
1 Teaspoon of Triple Sec
1 Dash of Angostura Bitters
Sparkling Wine

Shake all ingredients but the wine and strain into a wine glass. Top up with the wine.

Broken Negroni

30ml Sweet Vermouth
30ml Campari Bitters
Sparkling Wine
Orange Slice (for Garnish)

Stir the vermouth and bitters and strain into a champagne flute. Top up with the wine and add garnish.

Orange Whip

30ml White Rum
30ml Dark Rum
3 Teaspoons of Orange Curaçao
30ml Lime Juice
45ml Orange Juice
1 Teaspoon of Grenadine
Orange Wheel (for Garnish)

Blend ingredients with ice and pour into a cocktail glass. Add garnish.
