15ml Clear Crème de Menthe

Build ingredients into a double shot glass.

60ml Bourbon
15ml Coffee Liqueur
2 Dashes of Orange Bitters
Orange Twist (for Garnish)

Stir ingredients and strain into a coupe glass. Add garnish.

45ml Swedish Punsch
20ml Dark Rum
10ml Lemon Juice
10ml Lime Juice
10ml Orange Juice
Lemon Twist (for Garnish)

Shake ingredients and double strain into a coupe glass. Add garnish.

Bergamot Tea Martini

30ml Gin
30ml Vodka
1 Premium Earl Grey Teabag
1 Dash of Orange Bitters
Orange Twist (for Garnish)

Steep the teabag in the gin and vodka in a shaker for 30 minutes, remove the teabag, add the bitters and shake vigorously and strain into a glass mug.

Penny Lane

45ml Irish Whiskey
30ml Simple Syrup
15ml Olorose Sherry
15ml Lemon Juice
10ml Cappelletti
10ml Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur
2 Dashes of Orange Blossom Water
2 Dashes of Grapefruit Bitters
Skewer of Brandied Cherries (for Garnish)

Shake ingredients and strain into a coupe glass. Add garnish.

45ml Dark Rum
15ml Lime Juice
1 Lime Slice
10ml Honey
Prosecco

Build all ingredients but the Prosecco into an old fashioned glass. Stir and top up with the Prosecco.
