20ml Light Rum
20ml Amber Rum
20ml Maraschino Cherry Syrup
30ml Lime Juice
3 Maraschino Cherries (for Garnish)

Shake ingredients and strain into a Collins glass. Add garnish.

Blackberry Barfly

5 Blackberries
Half A Teaspoon of Balsamic Vinegar
30ml Sloe Gin
Prosecco

Muddle the blackberries and vinegar in a shaker. Add gin, shake and strain into an old fashioned glass. Top up with the Prosecco.

30ml Whiskey
30ml Cherry Brandy
15ml Lemon Juice
10ml Grenadine
1 Dash Egg White

Shake ingredients vigorously and strain into a cocktail glass.

2 Sage Leaves
60ml London Dry Gin
10ml Crème Yvette
15ml Lemon Juice
15ml Pineapple Juice
15ml Orgeat

Muddle the sage leaves in a shaker, add the remaining ingredients and shake well. Double strain into a coupe glass.

30ml Absinthe
15ml Simple Syrup
6-8 Mint Leaves
30ml Soda Water

Muddle the leaves with the simple syrup in a shaker. Add crushed ice and the absinthe, shake vigorously and strain into a tall glass. Top up with the soda water.
