30ml Vodka
15ml Limoncello
30ml Pomegranate Juice
Prosecco

Shake all ingredients but the prosecco and strain into a champagne flute. Top up with the prosecco.

60ml Japanese Whisky
15ml Lemon Juice
15ml Galliano
30ml Cherry Brandy
Lemonade
Maraschino Cherry (for Garnish)

Shake the whisky, juice and Galliano, strain into a highball glass. Top up with the lemonade and float the brandy. Add garnish.

Half A Strawberry
2 Cucumber Wheels
45ml London Dry Gin
15ml Bonal Gentiane-Quina
15ml Carpano Antica Formula Vermouth
20ml Lemon Juice
10ml Orgeat Syrup
10ml Ginger Syrup
1 Dash of Angostura Bitters
1 Dash of Orange Bitters
Soda Water
Cucumber Ribbon (for Garnish)
Mint Sprig (for Garnish)
1 Drop of Angostura Bitters (for Garnish)

Muddle the strawberry and cucumber in a shaker, add the remaining ingredients except the soda water, shake and strain into an ice filled highball glass. Top up with the soda water and add garnishes.
