2 Kiwi Fruit Slices
1 Sliced Strawberry
2 Dashes of Aromatic Bitters
1 Dash of Agave Nectar
60ml Añejo Tequila
Lemon Twist (for Garnish)

Muddle the kiwi fruit, strawberry, bitters, nectar in an old fashioned glass. Top up with the tequila and stir. Add garnish.

60ml Bourbon
30ml Vanilla Bean Infused Aperol
10ml Honey Syrup
5ml Absinthe
Orange Twist (for Garnish)

60ml Aged Rum
120ml Cloudy Apple Juice
2 Tablespoons of Maple Syrup
1 Dash of Lemon Juice
2 Sprigs of Thyme (1 for Garnish)

Shake ingredients and strain into a coupe glass. Add garnish.

Nonna's Garden

4 Cucumber Slices (1 fo Garnish)
1 Teaspoon of Lemon Juice
1 Teaspoon of Sugar
5 Mint Leaves
Prosecco

Muddle the cucumber, mint, sugar and juice in a shaker. Add ice, shake vigorously and strain into a brandy balloon glass.Top up with Prosecco.

45ml Blended Whiskey
15ml Lime Juice
Soda Water
Lemon Slice (for Garnish)

Build ingredients into an ice filled highball glass, topping it up with the soda water. Add garnish.
