The Muay Thai Face Kicker

2 Sticks of Lemongrass (1 for Garnish)
60ml Light Rum
30ml Lime Juice
30ml Coconut Water
20ml Ginger Syrup
Lime Wheel (for Garnish)

Muddle the lemongrass in a shaker, add the other ingredients and shake. Strain into a tumbler glass and add garnishes.
