2 Sticks of Lemongrass (1 for Garnish)
60ml Light Rum
30ml Lime Juice
30ml Coconut Water
20ml Ginger Syrup
Lime Wheel (for Garnish)

Muddle the lemongrass in a shaker, add the other ingredients and shake. Strain into a tumbler glass and add garnishes.

Kir Reali

10ml Crème de Violette
125ml Prosecco
Lemon Twist (for Garnish)

Build ingredients into a champagne flute. Squeeze the garnish over the glass and drop it in.

Bourbon Manhattan

60ml Bourbon
30ml Sweet Vermouth
1 Dash of Angostura Bitters
Maraschino Cherry (for Garnish)

Stir ingredients and strain into a cocktail glass. Add garnish.

60ml Plymouth Gin
20ml St-Germain Liqueur
15ml Crème Yvette
20ml Lemon Juice
1 Teaspoon of Simple Syrup

Shake ingredients and strain into a wine glass.

60ml Tequila
120ml Orange Juice
120ml Pineapple Juice
1 Scored Red Serrano Pepper

Build the liquid ingredients into an ice filled highball glass and stir. Put the pepper into the glass and allow the drink to rest so its spiciness can be released.

60ml Manzanilla Sherry
30ml Vermouth Royale Blanc
15ml Maraschino Liqueur
2 Dashes of Orange Bitters
