60ml Pyrat Rum
20ml Burnt Orange Honey Syrup
30ml Lime Juice
3 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
Lime Twist (for Garnish)

Shake ingredients vigorous and double strain into a coupette glass.

30ml Rye Bourbon
30ml Applejack
1 Teaspoon of Honey
15ml Lime Juice
60ml Cloudy Apple Juice
Hills Apple & Ginger Cider

Shake all ingredients but the cider and pour into an old fashioned glass. Top up with the cider.

Behind The Bike Shed

60ml White Rum
60ml Gold Rum
60ml Pink Grapefruit Juice
90ml Pineapple Juice
3 Teaspoons of Passionfruit Syrup
60ml Lemonade
1 Teaspoon of Maraschino Liqueur
Maraschino Cherry (for Garnish)

Shake the rums, juices and syrup and strain into a tall glass. Top up with the lemonade and liqueur. Add garnish.

Zen Of Kyoto

1 Scoop of Jasmine Sorbet
45ml Plum Wine
15ml Mirabelle
10ml Lemon Juice
7.5 Peach Nectar

Dry shake the ingredients, add ice, shake again and strain into a coupette glass.
