50ml Silver Tequila
30ml Lime Juice
20ml Apricot Brandy
10ml Sugar Syrup
Lime Twist (for Garnish)

45ml Mezcal Tequila
30ml Grapefruit Juice
10ml Sugar Syrup
15ml Lemon Juice
90ml Mango Beer

Build ingredients into a wine glass and stir.

Melbxicano Sour

45ml White Tequila
30ml Lime Juice
30ml Sugar Syrup
1 Dash of Orange Bitters
30ml Grenache

Shake all ingredients but the Grenache and strain into a wine glass. Float the Grenache.

No Hands

50ml White Tequila
20ml Lemon Juice
15ml Honey Water
1 Barspoon of Aperol
Orange Twist (for Garnish)

Stir all ingredients but the Aperol and strain into a coupette glass. Add the Aperol and garnish.

Mextrade Mezcal Cocktail

60ml Mezcal Tequila
7.5ml Lemon Juice
3 Slices of Cucumber (1 for Garnish)
4 Sprigs of Mint (1 for Garnish)
15ml Agave Syrup

Muddle the cucumber and mint in a shaker, add the remaining ingredients and shake and strain into an old fashioned glass. Add garnishes.

Cucumber Jalapeño Margarita

60ml White Tequila
30ml Cucumber Juice
15ml Lime Juice
15ml Sugar Syrup
1 Dash of Jalapeño Pickle Juice
4-5 Slices of Jalapeño
Sugar
Coriander Root (for Garnish)

Rim a coupe glass, shake the remaining ingredients and strain into the rimmed coupe glass. Add garnish.

Blood Orange Margarita

30ml Mezcal Tequila
20ml Silver Tequila
10ml Solerno
15ml Lime Juice
20ml Blood Orange Juice
5ml Agave Syrup
Salt

Rim a cocktail glass with the salt, shake the remaining ingredients and strain into the cocktail glass.
