Raspberry Rum Smash

60ml Dark Rum
2 Teaspoons of Chambord Berry Liqueur
5-6 Mint Leaves
30ml Lemon Juice
30ml Raspberry Purée
20ml Raspberry Syrup
Mint Sprig (for Garnish)

Shake ingredients vigorously and double strain into an iced filled old fashioned glass. Add garnish.

60ml Yellow Chartreuse

30ml Lime Juice
2 Dashes of Orange Curaçao
2 Dashes of Sugar Syrup

30ml Jack Daniel's Tennessee Whiskey
30ml Triple Sec
30ml Lemon Juice
Lemonade

Shake the whiskey, triple sec and juice and strain into an ice filled highball glass. Top up the glass with lemonade.

20ml Campari
15ml Lime Juice
15ml Sugar Syrup
120ml Pineapple Juice
Orange Slice (for Garnish)
Maraschino Cherry (for Garnish)

Shake ingredients and pour into an old fashioned glass. Add garnishes.

Shake the gin, syrup and juice and strain into a crushed ice filled rocks glass. Drizzle the crème de mûre.
