30ml Cointreau
A Quarter of the Juice from a Lime
Lime Wedge (for Garnish)

Filled an old fashioned glass with crushed ice, add ingredients and stir. Add garnish.

Chivas Manhattan

30ml Chivas Regal Scotch
15ml Dry Vermouth
15ml Sweet Vermouth
Dash of Grand Mariner
Piece of Orange Zest

Build the scotch, the vermouths and Grand Marnier in a mixing glass, stir and strain into a cocktail glass. Set orange zest on fire and place into a cocktail glass.

Chiquita

45ml Vodka
10ml Banana Liqueur
10ml Lime Juice
Half a Banana
Pinch of Sugar
Bitter Lemon
Banana Slices (for Garnish)

Slice a banana and add it to a blender, add rest of the ingredients (except Bitter Lemon) and blend ingredients and pour into a highball glass. Top Up with Bitter Lemon.

15ml Light Rum
40ml Cream
15ml Milk
Grated Chocolate (for Garnish)
Maraschino Cherry (for Garnish)
Coconut Shaving (for Garnish)

Shake and strain ingredients into a cocktail glass. Add garnishes.

Champagne Cocktail

1 Sugar Cube
6 Drops of Angostura Bitters
15ml Cognac
Champagne
Strawberry (for Garnish)

Put the sugar cube in a champagne flute, soak it with the angostura bitters, add the cognac and top up with champagne. Add garnish.

30ml Coconut Cream
15ml Grenadine
Chocolate (for Garnish)

Shake and strain ingredients into a cocktail glass. Garnish drink by grating the chocolate into the shape of a cross.
