Alizé Berry Boo

45ml Alizé Pomegranate Liqueur
10ml Raspberry Puree
45ml Apple Juice
6 Mint Leaves
Ginger Ale
Mint Sprig (for Garnish)
Raspberry (for Garnish)

Shake and strain all ingredients but ginger ale into a goblet. Top up the glass with ginger ale and add garnishes.

45ml Patrón Silver Tequila
20ml Lime Juice
10ml Agave Syrup
2 Lime Wedges (for Garnish)

Shake and strain ingredients into a rocks glass. Add garnish.

G'Vine Floraison

30ml G'Vine Floraison Gin
20ml Dry Vermouth
5ml Orgeat Syrup
10ml Lemon Juice
10ml Sugar Syrup
Tonic Water
Cucumber Slice (for Garnish)
Angostura Bitters (for Garnish)

Shake and strain all ingredients but tonic water into a tall glass and top up with the tonic water. Add garnishes.

30ml Buffalo Trace Bourbon
30ml Sweet Vermouth
30ml Campari
Orange Peel Twist (for Garnish)

Stir with ice until chilled and strain into a pre-chilled coupette. Add garnish.

40ml Bourbon
10ml Cointreau
10ml Dark Crème de cacao
8 to 10 Mint Leaves
Mint Sprig (for Garnish)

Tear and drop mint leaves into mixing glass, add the other ingredients, stir and strain into a coupette. Add garnish.

El Niño

60ml Tequila
15ml Sugar Syrup
4 Lime Wedges

Muddle lime wedges in shaker, add the other ingredients, shake and pour into a rocks glass.
