Pin Gin

60ml Gin
4 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
Tonic Water
Lime Wedge

Add gin and bitters to a highball glass and top up with tonic water, squeeze juice of lime wedge into glass.

20ml Gin
20ml Campari
20ml Sweet Vermouth
Orange Peel Twist (for Garnish)

Stir and strain ingredients into a rocks glass. Add garnish.

Mojito

60ml Light Rum
15ml Sugar Syrup
30ml Lime Juice
6-8 Mint Leaves
Soda
Mint Spring (for Garnish)

Tear and press 6-8 mint leaves at the bottom of a highball glass. Add the remaining ingredients and stir. Top up with soda.

Pina Colada

60ml Light Rum
90ml Pineapple Juice
30ml Coconut Cream
20ml Cream
Pineapple Wedge (for Garnish)
Maraschino Cherry (for Garnish)

Either blend all the ingredients in a blender with ice or shake and strain ingredients with crushed ice. Strain/pour into a hurricane glass.

60ml Vodka

Ginger Beer

Add vodka into a highball glass, squeeze in the lime juice and top up with the ginger beer.

60ml Bourbon
10ml Sugar Syrup
8-10 Mint Leaves

Gently press the mint leaves in the bottom of a highball glass with sugar syrup. Add the bourbon, crushed ice and stir gently. Top up with crushed ice.

Old Fashioned

75ml Bourbon
10ml Sugar Syrup
3 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
Orange Peel Twist (for Garnish)
Maraschino Cherry (for Garnish)

Add sugar syrup and angostura bitters to a rocks glass and stir with three or four ice cubes. Gradually add the bourbon and ice cubes until chilled and diluted to fill the glass. Add garnishes.
