8ml Benedictine
8ml Mango Nectar
15ml Lemon Juice
1ml Angostura Bitters
Soda Water
1 Pineapple Cube for Garnish
1 Maraschino Cherry for Garnish

Shake and strain all ingredients but the soda water into an ice filled collins glass. Top up the glass and add the garnishes.

45ml Pearl Vodka
15ml Triple Sec
15ml Peach Schnapps
15ml Lime Juice
8ml Blue Curacao
Lime Twist for Garnish

Shake and strain the pearl vodka, triple sec and lime juice into a chilled cocktail glass. Pour the blue curacao down the side of the glass so it rests at the bottom and add the garnish.
