15ml White Cream de Menthe

Shake and strain into a large brandy glass filled with crushed ice.

It dates back to at least 1892 when a drink called Judge was detailed in William Schmidt's book The Flowing Bowl.

Wine And Tonic

30ml Red Wine
60ml Tonic Water
15ml Lime Juice

Build in ice filled collins glass and stir well.

Tart Gin Cooler

60ml Gin
60ml Pink Grapefruit Juice
60ml Tonic Water
Dash of Peychaud's Bitters

Build in order given into an ice-filled collins glass and stir well.

This cocktail apparently came into existence due to experimentation with Tonic Water.

Tbilisi Royale

8ml Stolichnaya Limonnaya Vodka
15ml Peach Schnapps
Chilled Champagne

Build in order, topping up with the champagne, and stir well. Add orange twist and a maraschino cherry as garnish.

Tea Tini

50ml Stolichnaya Orhranj Vodka
30ml Sweet Iced Tea
5ml Fresh lemon Juice

Shake and strain ingredients into a chilled, sugar-rimmed cocktail glass. Add a lemon wedge as a garnish.

Tequila Sunrise

75ml Tequila
90ml Orange Juice
Dash of Grenadine

Build tequila and juice in ice filled collins glass. Stir well and then add the grenadine into the centre of the drink.

This version of the Tequila Sunrise was invented in the 1970's in Sausalito, California by Bobby Lazoff and Billy Rice.
