60ml Bourbon
3 Teaspoons of Orange Liqueur
2 Teaspoons of Lemon Juice
120ml Ginger Beer
2 Dashes of Angostura Bitters

Build ingredients into a Collins glass and stir.

90ml Scotch
60ml Drambuie

Build ingredients into an old fashioned glass.

Lagerita

35ml Cabeza Tequila
25ml Lime Juice
20ml Agave Nectar
Mexican Lagar

Build ingredients into a crushed ice filled sling glass, topping up with the lager, and churn the ingredients with a barspoon.

Scotch Solace

30ml Scotch
5ml Honey
15ml Cointreau
150ml Milk
30ml Cream
2.5ml of Grated Orange Peel

Build the scotch, honey and Cointreau into an ice filled highball and stir until the honey is dissolved. Add the remaining ingredients.

Atom Bomb

30ml Pastis
30ml Brandy

Stir ingredients and strain into a cocktail glass.

Absinthe Friend

30ml Pastis
30ml Dry Gin
1 Dash of Angostura Bitters
1 Dash of Sugar Syrup

Shake ingredients and strain into a cocktail glass.
