45ml Canadian Whiskey
20ml Triple Sec
120ml Sparkling Apple Juice
Apple Slice (for Garnish)

Build ingredients into an ice filled tall glass and gently stir. Add garnish.

1 Dash of Lime Juice
1 Dash of Lemon Juice
1 Dash of Cointreau

Shake ingredients and strain into an ice filled old fashioned glass. Add garnishes.

Orange Caipiroska

90ml Vodka
3 Orange Wedges
2 Teaspoons of Raw Sugar

Muddle the wedges and sugar in an old fashioned glass, top up with crushed ice and vodka and stir.

Beijing Fling

4 Peeled Cucumber Chunks
50ml Gin
10ml Lillet
10ml Lemon Juice
10ml Sugar Syrup
10ml Elderflower Cordial
30ml Cloudy Apple Juice
3 Kaffir Lime Leaves (for Garnish)

Muddle the cucumber in a shaker, add the remaining ingredients and shake well. Double strain into an ice filled old fashioned glass. Add garnish.

Polish Martini

45ml Wyborowa Vodka
15ml Krupnik Vodka
1 Dash of Apple Juice

Shake ingredients and strain into a cocktail glass.

15ml Dry Vermouth
15ml Strawberry Liqueur

Stir ingredients and strain into a cocktail glass.

Perfect Lady

60ml Gin
30ml Peach Brandy

1 Dash of Egg White
