First Strike

45ml Dry Vermouth
20ml Curaçao
30ml Soda Water
1 Pinch of Ground Cinnamon (for Garnish)

Stir the vermouth and curaçao and strain into a cocktail glass. Top up with the soda water and add garnish.

St Lucia

60ml Golden Rum
30ml Curaçao
30ml Dry Vermouth
30ml Orange Juice
1 Teaspoon of Grenadine
Orange Twist (for Garnish)
Maraschino Cherry (for Garnish)

Shake ingredients and pour into a ice filled highball glass. Add garnish.

Ginger Jest

30ml Bourbon
30ml Pineapple Juice
2 or 3 Ginger Slices
Champagne

Muddle the ginger in a shaker, add the bourbon and juice, shake well and strain into a champagne flute. Top up with the champagne and gently stir.
