60ml Gin
3 Teaspoons of Pineapple Juice
2 Teaspoons of Lemon Juice
2 Dashes of Orange Bitters
Sugar
Lemon Wheel (for Garnish)

Rim a cocktail glass with sugar, shake the remaining ingredients and strain into the rimmed glass. Add garnish.

Frozen Bikini

30ml Vodka
3 Teaspoons of Peach Schnapps
30ml Peach Nectar
90ml Sparkling White Wine
Strawberry (for Garnish)

Blend all ingredients but the wine with ice and pour into a champagne flute. Top up with the wine. Add garnish.

30ml Irish Whiskey
3 Teaspoons of Ginger Liqueur
30ml Lemon Juice
20ml Sugar Syrup
20ml Honey Syrup
60ml Soda Water
3 Teaspoons of Smoky Single Malt Whisky

Blend all ingredients but the soda water and single malt whisky with ice and pour into a tall glass. Top up with crushed ice, the soda water and single malt whisky.

45ml Vodka
3 Teaspoons of Ginger Liqueur
30ml Lemon Juice
30ml Pineapple Juice
3 Teaspoons of Cinnamon Syrup
Pineapple Wedge (for Garnish)
Star Anise (for Garnish)

Shake ingredients and strain into a crushed ice filled tall glass. Add garnishes.
