Salt the rim of a highball glass and fill the glass with ice. Build all ingredients but the juice and Sprite into the rimmed, stir and top up the glass with the juice and Sprite.

20ml Blue Curaçao

Shake all ingredients but the blue curaçao and strain into a crushed ice filled highball glass. Top up with the blue curaçao.

20ml Kahlúa
20ml Bailey's Irish Cream
20ml Light Cream
3/4 of A Chocolate Eclair Ice Cream Bar
60ml Chocolate Syrup
Whipped Cream (for Garnish)

First build the light cream and Bailey's Irish Cream into a highball glass, add the Kahlúa and chocolate syrup. Add the ice cream bar and whipped cream.

Devil Cocktail

40ml Brandy
40ml Crème De Menthe

Stir ingredients and strain into a cocktail glass.

15ml Brandy
15ml Dry Vermouth
3 Dashes of Crème de Menthe
15ml Grenadine
15ml Orange Juice
Port

Shake all ingredients but the port and strain into a cocktail glass. Top up with the port.

Moon Cocktail

20m Amontillado Sherry
1 Teaspoon of Crème de Pêche
10ml Honey Syrup
Lemon Twist

Stir ingredients and strain into a coupe glass.
