30ml Whiskey
15ml Galliano
15ml Green Crème de Menthe
1 Dash of Egg White
Lemon Twist (for Garnish)

Shake ingredients and strain into a cocktail glass. Add garnish.

Pretty Bird

45ml London Dry Gin
15ml Rhum Clément Créole Shrub
20ml Grapefruit Juice
15ml Lime Juice
10ml Grenadine
1 Teaspoon of Cinnamon Bark Syrup
Lime Wheel (for Garnish)

Shake ingredients and strain into a rocks glass. Add garnish.

Morning Glory Fizz

1 Dash of Lemon Juice
Half a Teaspoon of Caster Sugar
1 Egg White
2 Dashes of Absinthe
60ml Scotch
Soda Water

Shake all ingredients but the soda water and strain into an old fashioned glass. Top up with the soda water.

Romeio Collins

60ml Rosemary Infused Tequila
30ml Lemon Juice
120ml Agave Nectar
Soda Water
Rosemary Sprig (for Garnish)
Lemon Twist (for Garnish)

Shake all ingredients but the soda water and strain into an ice filled Collins glass. Top up with the soda water and add garnishes.

Chrysanthemum

60ml Dry Vermouth
30ml Benedictine
3 Dashes of Absinthe
Orange Twist (for Garnish)

Stir ingredients and strain into a coupe glass. Add garnish.

Coffee Cocktail

1 Egg
60ml Port
30ml Brandy
Grated Nutmeg (for Garnish)

Dry shake ingredients vigorously, add ice and shake again. Double strain into a coupe glass and add garnish.

Pink Gin Spritz

60ml Gin
30ml Aperol
15ml Campari
1 Dash of Brown Sugar Syrup
Pink Grapefruit Juice

Shake all ingredients but the juice and strain into a champagne flute. Top up with the juice.
