45ml Dark Rum
15ml Angostura Amaro
15ml Lemon Juice
15ml Carpano Antica
15ml Simple Syrup
Pale Ale
Lemon Wheel (for Garnish)

Build all ingredients but the ale into an ice filled highball glass and stir. Top up with the ale and add garnish.
