60ml Gin
30ml Cream
30ml Lime Juice
20ml Raspberry Syrup
2 Dashes of Orange Flower Water
1 Egg White
90ml Sparkling Water
Flower (to Garnish)

Shake all ingredients but the sparkling water and double strain into a Collins glass. Top up with the sparkling water and add garnish.

Cucumber Lemonade

60ml Gin
30ml Cucumber Juice
15ml Lemon Juice
1 Dash Simple Syrup
Soda Water
Cucumber Spear (for Garnish)

Shake all ingredients but the soda water and strain into an old fashioned glass. Top up with the soda water and add garnish.

The Twister

60ml Dark Rum
60ml Light Rum
60ml Passionfruit Juice
30ml Orange Juice
15ml Lime Juice
15ml Grenadine
Orange Slice (for Garnish)
Maraschino Cherry (for Garnish)

Shake ingredients and strain into an ice filled hurricane glass. Add garnishes.

Psycho Killer

2 Dashes of Absinthe
20ml Campari
15ml Crème de Cacao
15ml Giffard Banane Liqueur
60ml Irish Whiskey

Stir ingredients and strain into a Nick & Nora glass.

Falisco Flower

15ml Tequila
20ml Elderflower Liqueur
45ml Grapefruit Juice
Prosecco
Violet (for Garnish)

Shake the tequila, liqueur and juice and strain into a cocktail glass. Top up with the Prosecco and add garnish.

Kings Cross Cocktail

30ml Whiskey
60ml Bailey's Irish Cream

Build ingredients into an ice filled old fashioned glass.

10ml Velvet Falernum
10ml Apricot Liqueur
