Oaxaca Old Fashioned

45ml Reposado Tequila
15ml Mezcal
2 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
1 Barspoon of Agave Syrup
Flamed Orange Twist (for Garnish)

Build ingredients into an old fashioned glass with a large ice cube in it and stir well. Add garnish.

Pink Lady

45ml Plymouth Gin
15ml Apple Brandy
20ml Lemon Juice
20ml Simple Syrup
10ml Grenadine
1 Egg White
2 Maraschino Cherries (for Garnish)

Dry shake all ingredients thoroughly, add ice and shake again. Double strain into a rocks glass with a large ice cube in it. Add garnish.

Ginger Spice

30ml Untold Spiced Rum
50ml Ginger Beer
50ml Pale Ale
20ml Lemon Juice

Build ingredients into an old fashioned glass with a couple ice cubes and gently stir.

Colonel Collins

45ml Bourbon
30ml Lemon Juice
15ml Simple Syrup
Soda Water
Maraschino Cherry (for Garnish)
Lemon Slice (for Garnish)

Build all ingredients but the soda water into an ice filled Collins glass and stir. Top up the glass with the soda water and add garnishes.

Gin-Gin Mule

20ml Lime Juice
30ml Simple Syrup
2 Mint Sprigs (1 for Garnish)
30ml Ginger Beer
45ml Gin
Lime Wheel (for Garnish)
Candied Ginger (for Garnish)

Muddle the lime juice, simple syrup and mint sprig in a mixing glass, add the remaining ingredients and shake well. Strain into a highball glass and add garnishes.

Trinidad And Tabasco

30ml Spiced Rum
45ml Cola
10ml Lime Juice
2 Dashes of Tabasco Sauce

Build ingredients into an ice filled old fashioned glass and gently stir.

Captain Collins

45ml Canadian Whisky
30ml Lemon Juice
15ml Simple Syrup
Soda Water
Maraschino Cherry (for Garnish)
Orange Slice (for Garnish)

Build all ingredients but the soda water into an ice filled Collins glass and stir well. Top up with the soda water and add garnishes.
