Apertivo Julep

60ml Dry Vermouth
20ml Amaro Ciociaro
1 Teaspoon Peach Liqueur
Mint Bouquet (for Garnish)

Build ingredients into a julep tin, fill up half the tin with crushed ice and stir with a bar spoon. Add more crushed ice and the garnish.

Whiskey Sour

60ml Bourbon or Rye Whiskey
30ml Lemon Juice
15ml Simple Syrup
1 Egg White
1 Dash of Angostura Bitters
Maraschino Cherry (for Garnish)
Orange Slice (for Garnish)

Dry shake all ingredients but the bitters, add ice and shake vigorously and double strain into a rocks glass. Add he bitters and garnishes.

Tom Collins

45ml Gin
30ml Lemon Juice
15ml Simple Syrup
Soda Water
Maraschino Cherry (for Garnish)
Orange Slice (for Garnish)

Build all ingredients but the soda water into an ice filled Collins glass and stir. Top up the glass with the soda water and add garnishes.

The Easy Colada

50ml Spiced Rum
40ml Pineapple Juice
10ml Coconut Cream
10ml Sweetened Condensed Milk

Blend ingredients with crushed ice and pour into a hurricane glass.

Oaxaca Old Fashioned

45ml El Tesoro Reposado Tequila
15ml Del Maguey San Luis Del Rio Mezcal
1 Teaspoon of Agave Nectar
2 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
Orange Twist (for Garnish)

Stir ingredients and strain into an old fashioned glass with a single large ice cube. Flame the garnish and drop it in.

New York Sour

60ml Scotch
20ml Simple Syrup
20ml Lemon Juice
10ml Red Wine
Orange Wheel and Maraschino Cherry Speared Onto a Toothpick (for Garnish)

Shake all ingredients but the red wine and strain into an old fashioned glass. Float the wine and add garnish.

The Clover Club Cocktail

45ml Dry Gin
15ml Dry Vermouth
15ml Lemon Juice
15ml Raspberry Syrup
15ml Egg White
2 Raspberries On a Pick (for Garnish)

Dry shake the ingredients well, add ice and shake well again. Strain into a coupe glass and add garnish.
