10ml Lillet
1 Dash of Orange Bitters
Lemon Twist (for Garnish)

30ml Strawberry Aperitif
30ml Rhubarb Shrub
Sparkling Wine
Chocolate Covered Strawberry (for Garnish)

Build all ingredients but the wine and strain into a champagne flute. Top up the glass with the wine and add garnish.

45ml Vodka
15ml Pairfair Amour
20ml Lemon Juice
10ml Monin Gomme
1 Strawberry
Tonic Water
Maraschino Cherry (for Garnish)

Muddle the strawberry with the vodka in a shaker, add the rest of the ingredients except for the tonic water, shake and double strain into a hurricane glass. Top up the glass with the tonic water and add garnish.
